Our Palmetto Twist system is here to support you from the moment you join the Palmetto Twist family. Our team will continue to provide you with the marketing knowledge and sales help/direction needed to create a thriving women’s retail business.
Palmetto Twist Training
We provide a 2-part initial training program. The first week is at our headquarters in Boiling Springs, SC where you will order all inventory and supplies necessary to open and stock your store. Week two you will be at your store setting up furniture and equipment according to our comprehensive guidelines. Weeks three and four Palmetto Twist representatives come to your location to train the following:

- Sales, Where To Find Them
- Operations: Office Policies, Employee Management & Inventory Management
- Point of Sale Hardware & Software
- Extensive Design & Equipment Training

Grand Opening Support
At Palmetto Twist we realize that all of the training in the world will not remove the anxiety of the grand opening for a brand new retail store. Our commitment to you as a new Palmetto Twist family member is to help you manage the grand opening. We do this by providing onsite grand opening training and support. During this time we help you set up your store, merchandise product, ensure you understand how to operate all of the essential programs from the POS to the production equipment, and help role play with your staff to make sure your sales staff and production employees are ready for the big day. Grand Opening isn’t where our support ends either, we stay onsite during your first week to make sure that every aspect of your store is running smoothly and help you deal with the media you will attract.
